Q: What was your “Aha” moment that made you choose to join Blinds.com?
When I saw the Blinds.com lip sync for “I Would Walk 500 Miles” I knew Blinds.com had the type of fun people I wanted to work with.
Q: Which of the core values influences you the most in your life and why?
Experiment Without Fear of Failure has become an internal mantra for me when I have a chance to try something new outside of my comfort zone.
Q: What’s an interesting experience you’ve had at Blinds.com that someone might not know?
I got to build a Rube Goldberg Machine with students from the after school engineering program at Booker T. Washington High School led by Dr. Nghia Le.
Q: Describe your relationships with other Blinds.commers. What’s the environment like?
I have the utmost respect for everyone I work with at Blinds.com. Everyone is committed, professional, fun, personable, interesting, adaptable, brilliant, positive and talented. It’s kind of like working on the Starship Enterprise from Star Trek… yeah, pretty much like that every day.

Doing our best to WOW customers! Always striving to improve ourselves! Pulling off the impossible on a regular basis!
Q: What makes your Monday awesome?
Sprint Planning! Every (other) Monday is a chance take on a new set of challenges/opportunities facing the company and to get them all done within a two week period.
