Q: What was your “Aha” moment that made you choose to join Blinds.com?
My “Aha” moment was when Jay, our CEO, acquired the domain name Blinds.com, I knew we were going places. To have been fortunate enough to have been part of this company from the very beginning has been an incredible journey. Our main focus on “the customer experience” combined with our core values has made this journey an unforgettable experience.
Q: What’s your favorite flavor of cake that you’ve eaten at the Blinds.complex?
Do cupcakes count? My favorite flavor is red velvet. Yum-a-licious.
Q: What’s an interesting experience you’ve had at Blinds.com that someone might not know?
When our cable lines were cut at our Beechnut office, we move the entire company to my home and operated sales and service from my childrens’ bedrooms until the issue was resolved. The second time it happened we moved the entire company back to my house as well as the CEO’s house, so we never skipped a beat.
Q: How would you describe Blinds.com in three sentences or less?
Blinds.com’s essence is about experimentation and innovation. It’s a safe haven to be creative and introduce new ideas. No matter how big or small your idea may be, you are never made to feel that your opinion does not count.
