Houston-based Blinds.com community impacted by Hurricane Harvey – orders continue to be shipped and customer service ready to help. Callers might experience some longer than usual wait times, but we are ready to support you!
(update: 9/4/2017) With the arrival of Hurricane Harvey, which is being called ‘the largest flood storm in US history’, our Houston-based Blinds.com team is still hard at work for our customers, while tending to our families and homes.

Your orders are made in factories away from hurricane affected areas. This means that your Blinds.com order should NOT be impacted by the weather in Texas.
Where are my Blinds.com samples orders?
Unlike your custom window covering orders – that are made in facilities around the world – we fulfill your free sample orders directly from our Houston office, which is currently closed due to extreme weather conditions. This means that there will be a temporary delay in receiving your samples orders, but rest assured that we are working on it!
