“We invest heavily in our company culture as we see the direct correlation between happy, fulfilled employees to thrilled, repeat customers,” CEO and founder Jay Steinfeld said. “This award highlights the importance of an innovative and employee-centric culture and is a huge testament to the passion and creativity of our team.”

Nearly 79,000 Houston-area employees evaluated their respective organizations for this year’s Houston Top Workplaces review, responding to questions around opportunities for advancement, benefits and the quality of leadership in their workplaces.  The study was led by WorkplaceDynamics, a research firm based in Pennsylvania who surveyed 269 of the qualifying companies and tallied scores to determine the winners.
